I’m a mom of four girls (including a set of twins!) and three sweet pups, a world traveler, and a total coffee lover.
For the past 14 years, I’ve built a career around what I adore most — newborn photography in Edmonton — because I’m genuinely obsessed with babies and the incredible stories new families carry with them.
As an Edmonton maternity and newborn photographer, I know how exciting and overwhelming pregnancy and delivery can feel. That’s why the moment you walk into my studio, the pressure melts away. You show up, get pampered, and we take care of absolutely everything.

As an Edmonton newborn photographer with over 14 years of specialized experience, Kathryn at Rayne Drop Photography prioritizes infant safety and professional handling in every session. Beyond newborn posing, we specialize in maternity, baby milestones, and seasonal sunset family sessions for families in Leduc, Beaumont, and the Greater Edmonton Area.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your newborn session during your second trimester, as the ideal window for those sleepy, curled poses is typically when your baby is 5 to 14 days old. However this is not the RULE. We can photograph older babies, but the session's may last longer in length depending on the sleepiness of your baby.

Don't leave these fleeting moments to chance. Let’s design a session that captures your baby’s first days with the safety and artistry they deserve.
